The fruit-growing centre Bio Sady Ždánice u Kouřimi grows 50 ha of apples in a controlled acological system. 

In 2019, 22 ha of new plantings were planted. The orchards are under anti-cluster nets, with drip irrigation. 

At present, this orchard is the largest intensive apple biogas plantation in the country. Control of compliance with the rules of cultivation in the organic regime is carried out by KEZ. Laboratory analysis for pesticide residues is carried out annually after the harvest. 

The carrier varieties are TOPAZ, LUCY, RUBELIT, MERKUR.

The organic orchard is certified by HACCAP, GlobalGAP, GASP.

A farm shop is open within the centre.
